Eligibility for Returns:
You may return your My Friend Toothy® products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
 

To Start the Return Process:

• Attach proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to process your return.

• Provide your reason for the return.

 

Shipping the Return:

• Pack the products securely in their original packaging, including all received items (books, plush toys, etc.).

• Clearly label the package.

• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the products.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
